None but one

From the dark gloomy narrow street, I ran and ran and ran, towards the bright shining path. I saw hope...  I looked back, all that was left were trace of dust, stains from my dirty shoes.  

Someday...

The school bell rang, I sling my backpack, grabbed my books, held the class file and headed for the school gate. I returned the file to the board of prefects and kept on going. I looked back from time to time, saw everyone but not someone. I entered my vehicle. The car kept on going. I saw someone but not everyone. Someone might saw me but not that someone. And the car just kept on going and going. I reached home. 

Today...

"Kringggg" I packed my books and waited for my friends. I told them "go on first, I catch you guyz later..." I put the books on our teacher's table, then ran to foyer. Then I ran up fourth floor. I saw somebodies, but not somebody. I went down again. I saw my friends at the other side of the road. The traffic light was red, I ran as fast as I could, and cross, the road, caught up with my friends. And we head on to Md to celebrate for the 2 birthday boy. 

Letting go

I am not influenced any more, and will never be.


Another weekend coming, a fun weekend, without Kk. Going to my sis' house to overnight again. A tranquil apartment at the hill side, conducive for repose, tea and studying.

Finally, I let go of that attachment. I've been striving hard to do that, and I guess I succeeded.

Exam's approaching like hell again. I'm like hemmed in with a lot of burden. damn... Oh ya, I played hookie today, and I say its a good decision to do so. Sukan Tara is a freaking waste of my valuable time.Luckily,  I had the "time chit" from my orthodontist. So I wouldn't need a letter. And hah I watched Ice Kacang Puppy Love just now, gosh its sooo touching and moving. It totally brings back a nostalgic feeling to you, especially in the end. Frankly I hope they will be together in the end.

I don't know why, but this year, I longed for a special feeling. 

A Happy day

Went out with my Aussie-came-back sis yesterday. I haven't see her for almost a year! So I dated her out this time, and we went to 1st Avenue.

I treated her for a movie- RIO, which is a highly-recommended film. The Blu and so on are so cute xD. And then later before the movie starts, she treated me for starbucks. Then I treated her for Oldtown again after the movie :)

We just talk alot. I was very joyful yesterday, and so happy to see her again.

Time flies

It was as if PMR had just ended, and now the first quarter of 2011 is over...Things happen alot in this few months time.

Last week was touching. My birthday (30.03) came and I finally turned sweet 16. First my friends planned a birthday surprise for me . They brought me to Eden and think!! out poof my birthday cake. It was the first time in my life that friends bought me a birthday cake and celebrated my birthday for me. At night, my brother and his girl friend TM even bought me another ice-cream cake, and brought me to Sushi King for a meal. I was happy that day.

Today is the date for choral speaking competition. We went there with full confidence, and presented everything that we are taught to do. Everything was fine, and we got Second...When we heard CGL as third, we jumped up high and hooray, thought that we will be the first. but we were second :( Just because of a freaking state coordinator from BJ...WT..they were even noob than CGL. ANd just because of that they gave BJ the first. Almost everyone says that we are the best. Things are too bias..

What a day.

Sometimes, this feeling, sucks, and hurts. 

Today's Fri, I went out for the whole day. Morning, I had choral speaking training.

After the training, 

Me, Ys, Yt ,Xn ,Hm , Kt, Lj and Yb went to 1st avenue for a hangout. We watched world invasion in TGV, which I think the story line is not bad but the filming is abt confusing and shaky. 

After the movie, we went to have hi-tea at Kim Gary. And then we went to Tan Jetty,( Ys's old house). I really  enjoyed the cooling breeze there..

I'm getting my braces very soon. And I'm lucky that the orthodontist told me they had the latest-tech which doesn't require that long time as the old one. 

Btw, I'm so touched yesterday. I met a very great people from the environmental field. And he promised to disseminate his knowledge to me. And to be frank, he's a very amazing famous guy...My future dream, to be an environmental engineer and to help every being in this planet...i..guess.. hope will come true soon. I'm really glad to meet him. Thx. 

and...I'm doing business too, soon.

Since the last lesson that I've got, I'll try my best, never to be hurt by people.

Freak. A massive earthquake hit Japan on Friday, follow up with a tidal tsunami in less than 2 hours time. And every now and then, there are still aftershocks. The video was really frightening..Things are shaking...People are dying...Homes are destroyed...If something so ferocious like that ever hit Malaysia...I can never imagine the great impact it'll cause. No matter what ur faith are, let's pray for them.

May they be safe. 
May they be free from all suffering. 
May they be strong. 
May those who died be free from all pain. 
May those alive live on happily. 


As people always say, sweetness only comes after bitterness. Holiday is here again. But its a damn short holiday. This is the the first time I fumble in exam, in a few subjects. Not in a great mood to mention bad things teehee.

Today Nicholas and a few rotaracters came to my school to give a small presentation about Interact Club and of course Rotaract Club. After seeing their activities, I've came to the idea that we try to organize more outdoor activities, such as picking up garbage while climbing up no 3 or 5. and other games to learn blah blah blah. Coz people are actually getting sick of cleaning up the school compound every activity.

Exam nightmare.

From moment to moment. 

Today is the fourth day of school's exam, and we are going down hill, exam actually culminated on yesterday and today, which I've Bio and Sej, Sivik and so on. To be straight forward, I suck in Bio and specially Sej. It came out with things I did not study much...Let's hope everything else goes perfectly fine.

I'm trying not to be influence by someone. Not to be disturb...I'm tired of that kind of "feeling".

Next week will be our first term holiday. I've a list of things to do during this week.
First of all:
-PCGHS Food fair on Sun. I'm going with Sam. I heard that
-Orthodontist appointment on Wed.
-Lao Sher dinner at night of Wed.
-Choral Speaking training on Thursday and Friday.

Plans:
-bungalow stay ( confirmed canceled )
-Hike to Pantai Kerachut ( still planning)

About the hiking trip that I've plan, I hope friends can go with me. But If I'm so hopeless till no one wants to go with me, I've decided that maybe I'll just hike there all by myself. Then I'll relax and lay on the pristine beach there, read books, listen to mp3 and speakers...

Having the chance to enjoy the sensation of nature is just so awesome.

True? but when it comes to love, feelings or relationships, its easier said than done. Sometimes, we are down, in a bad mood, but I'll never be like "someone" who simply scolds people or cursed people when they are so, coz I know how it feels. I'll think, perhaps we can think that it could be that we did the same thing to her in past life...and so on.

I was surprised to see ys, shf, and hm at the library today. I went there as Darren says he wanted me to teach him abit of Biology. I wasn't really that good anyway haha. After finish teaching him, around 1.30, I went over to join theml. Then I went home at 2.06. I guess I really need to work hard on my Sejarah and Ming ju this 2 days.

I still wish on buying a road-bike soon. I guess I'll set my budget around 2000, as a beginner...But I gotta use the money for my braces first

Felt tired after a month? Ya, its tiring indeed, not because of the school ( although it is difficult), but because of something else. Perhaps, its not even meant to happen at all. Its just me being too..? Overall, I can say that I am not losing hope yet, let me just go with the rhythm of life...

Lighting strikes, thunder roars, water pours...A rainbow is about to emerge after the mighty thunderstorm. Sweetness comes after bitterness.


Let's hope so. Ohya, too bad my cousin can't send me his bike from Canada, its too expensive and the courier service don't have such big box lolx. I might be going for braces soon, so I'm not buying a bike Yet. I guess I'll still buy it soon probably when money flows in my pocket again. I hope I can earn some extra money, at least to lighten my parent's burden. Thought of doing some sales job, ain't sure with it yet.

I'm looking forward for next week's holiday. Luckily, we are still having some discussion b4 our exam. I might be hiking to P. kerachut tomorrow, will bring my "ming ju" and "moral" to memorize there, coz my friend from KL came back, and I guess he's pretty enthusiastic to go there for some nature adventure.

Frankly, I'm not really being in a good mood to write now.

Young

A sudden change.

Sometimes, things happen unknowingly, some come in a rush, some just didn't turn out as expected. Anything could happen. 


Its Thursday, a pleasant day. I stayed back today, initially for the choral speaking, but since it has been canceled at the last moment, I spent time with ma' friends. The feeling was good around with friends. Although our discussion aren't that organized today, its still okla, I don't feel that its wasted too.


I met a few great friends today. One of them, a "she" is a champion in Bike racing competition. I was fascinated by them, talking about cycling around Penang. I was so enthralled by a 10,000 bike that was brought by her friend, which the frame and so on parts are made from carbon-5 which is very light and they can go very fast. They told me they always cycle together, in a "gang" haha. I guess It'll be fun if I could join them one day. She offer me to buy her cool orange "frame" which cost 500 for one!! wtheck, I'm kinda out of money, coz if the frame already cost 500, after buying all other parts, the overall price could be more than 2500. Anyway, I might call Jason, my cousin to send me his bike from Canada, if he's capable of dismantling the bike then sending it to me.


 There's a whole busy week ahead, exam's so menacing my soul. Anyway, Thx to
YS, YT, LJ and TY for today's warmth that you guyz have brought to me.

Meeting and Departing.

In life, we always meet people, get together ..loved ones, friends, family, then we come to a junction, where we need to depart from them, its just the matter of time, and we don't know when will we see them again. This is the law of impermanence.


It was not really a good day today, but its wasn't that bad as well. I see that loving someone is painful indeed. It hurts if its unrequited love one-sided love, in a love triangle, or even in some relationships. It hurts when you miss them, or even when you "eat vinegar". Anyway, just try ur best to let your heart open.

Right now, I don't really wish much, I'm having a myriad of feelings now. Ohya, I'm having choral speaking training tomorrow. I wished it had been held on today, so that tomorrow I'll have more time with them...And the bad news, there is even choral speaking training on Friday. Btw,nowadays, I don't go to my association to train my kungfu anymore, I just train at home. And today, I also went jogging. I missed watching Kenichi, one of my favourite anime, I hope the japanese company will process more episode......
I also kinda miss my shifu, who passed away. he never collect any money from me to go to the association for training, and now I'm even an assistant inst. I really can't stop thanking him. Rest in Peace.

I still haven't touch much of my exam things. Just like roughly going through them. Have to CONG!!!

Happy v.s. Sad

Sadness might be at the end of happiness, but happiness might be at the end of sadness too. 

I kinda feel happy today. And Wednesday and Thursday's coming, sweet. Its fun this two days, we have many free classes in school.


 Today, my friends were ecstatic and "high" when they started playing with the passion fruit that I brought to school. It all began with YS and YT drawing pics, signing names, writing meaningful words? on it, then people bagan throwing them all around the class. It reached the climax when TY skillfully threw his "bowling" markisa up in the air and a razor cool Heng Ee ceiling fan "ninjaly" cut the upper part open, splashing all those juice to its surrounding area( just like what you see in the fruit ninja game in Ipad)lolx. And them some girls shouted in terror. Wow, the scene was amazing.

Bad news, the RM 50 bungalow stay thing was fully booked. But don't let this disappointment dispirit you, I'm praying on another chance to get the Bayu Emas resort in B. Ferringhi. But its around 200 ringgit. But I guess we'll manage to raise the fund. If every option is over, I'll consider my dad's company apartment, which has no electricity!! let's hope we won't be so despair.

I really miss my holiday in Genting Highland. I used to got the best suite in Genting- Maxims, or the Elite Club. And I went there almost every two months when I was in primary school. Wow, the room was fantastic, they have huge LCDs, Computers, Sound Surrounding Speakers and so on. How I wish I could share this luxury with my friends if we could go there together. And its free!! that's coz whenever my dad's birthday came, they gave free suites to us. But we dare not go up there, ever ever again. Sad.

I can't believe its 1st of March today. My birthday is arriving, and let's wish something good or special will happen. Or at least nothing bad ever occur. I'm going to tea house now, see ya'. Have a nice day as well.

Forthcoming things.

1A exam is impending, and I'm terrified? lolx. Academical things are quite distinct from our previous years', things got harder, time got lesser, and everything seems to be too fresh. Anyway, I'm still planning on making a group study soon, ain't sure with the time and date yet. Next year will be different. I'll be able to drive by April, and if possible, I'll drive to school. Then at least I could fetch my friends to a better place to study.

Haha, people are so inquisitive over my previous post. Asking me "who?" "who?". Nah, its that girl over there lolx. Maybe I should stop this topic here xD. Sometimes, I wonder how my primary school friends are right now? Its been 4 years already, I still miss my primary school days, my childhood, my memory... But right now, i'm still alive and kicking HERE, so i gotta err suit myself to the situation i'm in now haha.

And hey, I'm planning a bungalow stay and a P.Kerachut trip during the holiday. For the bungalow stay, It'll probably be near tanjung bungah, and i guess everyone joining us will be bringing some dishes and when all edible things are gathered together, wow a great deal of food will be prepared. And for the P. kerachut trip, I'm not sure if they wanna do it together with the bungalow stay, which means we take a rapid bus up to teluk bahang climb over there, play a while then come back and overnight. But I guess It'll be abit tiring. So, give me some feedback if you see this post.

Yi Tong asked me if I wanna perform in their St John anniversary. I still gotta think about that, shy? haha ya. Bare in mind that its no more old folks watching you, but all those VVIPs. And their theme is like more to modern style this year, so if I perform traditional kungfu, It'll be odd haha.

A conflict

When there's love, there's pain. 


Sometimes, there are soothing and disturbing,strong and weak, inspirational and disheartening thoughts whispering in our hearts.
the yin and yang fighting over each other. 
But an equilibrium must be attained in the end and positive must always conquer negative. This is something that came up to my mind now.

Since stepping right into the door of secondary school till now, I've never stop hearing news about
people in a relationship, and then sooner or later their relationships fray and people go back to being single, then the karma revolves around it again.
And its been a whole lot of cycle that I've seen. " Puppy love" is like what many teens are going through now.

Recently, I just can't really calm down my heart, the macaque in it is flipping here and there, doing lots of acrobatic lolx...zz. Sometimes, my hearts pounds so fast, and i've gotta go back to my breath to conquer over the tension. I guess I need to train more on samadhi training.

Damn, Interacts sucks alot recently, especially with that teacher in it. We actually have a lot of discussion and plannings to make during our activity time, but some people just don't understand this and ordered us to do "this cleaning" then "that cleaning" ....wasting out time. And that day, we got scold by Mr. WW for not preparing well for out carwash project yet. I've a sudden urge to go and learn as much things to do as a president, incase I'm leading Interact Club next year. Coz I saw MX fumbling this year. If I really succeed the "throne"the first thing, the first change that I'll make, is to make English a compulsory language to convey during the activity. Then....

Btw, this 2 years, I've started to enjoy socializing with people from different regions. I was surrounded with different people, different actions, different thinkings...etc. It felt so good to have nice and good friends around you. And I learned alot from them. Business people, cultural people...

I gotta go now.

It is not the language but the speaker that we want to understand

Like I said in the previous post, I've manage to finish the choral-speaking script for my teacher, and was enrolled as one of them. I supposed choral speaking should be fun, especially so "many of my friends" had also joined. So, I'll be staying back every Wednesday for the practice :) Ah Teoh gave me and Emily a pat on our back for producing a good script, and he had confidence that we will manage to make it to the district area this year. Not to be held behind CGL's like the previous years.

Lolx, Ah Beng is so funny, he's trying to hint me about something, which I guess I know his meaning, but talking the whole crap of stories just to hint me about that something, and in the end I guess he just don't even know if I know the something he's talking about. ( confused? lolx)

Omg, Its so dull today.My brother probably went out with his gf again, my mom and her friends went to the edu fair, and I stayed home the whole day. I felt bad not being able to go to the edu fair with my friends yesterday, but its oklaaa, there's always other chances to hang out.

Last week, I went to listen to a talk and see the performance on tea rituals. The teacher is an expert,winning lots of medals in China, and specially known for his way of depicting certain meaning and culture in his tea-making rituals. I learned quite alot about tea this time.

Then, it truely dreads when we had to go to school on Saturday. Half of our time wasted in school, but it is quite lucky that we manage to skip through a few classes. I don't understand Malaysia education, even if we don't have school, we needa go to school for some stupid co-curriculum activity on Saturday, which left only a full Sunday that we can rest.

I love playing hookie, but the aftertaste sucks.

And yesh good news, I finally finished the choral-speaking script with Emily. Bad news, right now, I have not lay even a finger on my math homework.Probably finishing tonight. Next time when people ask me if I had finished my homework, I'll say: What's done is finished. lolx

I've probably stayed too long in front of the screen. Have fun guyz.

A downfall

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.

Things are going pretty bumpy in the beginning of the rabbit year. This is the first time that I started feeling kinda tire. Too many activities, too many things to study, too less time to do all of them. I guess I have to make some changes to my lifestyle, and focus more during study.

I still had to go to sports house practice soon. I failed in persuading the school's co-curr

iculum pk to exempt me from it. I wrote a letter first, I performed in the Old Folks Home, then I wrote another letter under the name of my association, but all efforts were thrown to the depth of the ocean. She and he just doesn't approved. He even said that that I need not perform in the Annual Concert, because my wushu is more different from the modern one? I just don't get what he means. The spectators on that day are those who judge my performance.... I'm speechless for now.

Nice, I will be having my meditation class again soon. I found out that my schedule is really pack up. If the class will be on Tuesday night again... let me make a small list of timetable

Sun: -
Mon:Sport house practice from 4-6, Shaolin training at night.
Tuesday: Meditation class at night.
Wednesday: Physic tuition evening, shaolin training at night.
Thursday:go to tea house at night-
Friday: school ends at 2.30, shaolin training at night.
Sat: school co-curriculum activities till 12.30. tea house at night


hugh... I wish everything I've done would bear fruits sooner or later.

Life is never a bed of roses, it has its ups and downs.

A foresee, A change

A probability in the coming future.

After performing my martial art once in the old folks home, I have a feeling, that headmaster will have an urge to recruit me in his Dance Club. :) If its so, when the time has to come, I am prepared to meet him, and to talk to him. Let me write some Chinese in this post.

Recently, I've known a new friend who is from Kl, wow, and our name had a "Jin" coincident. He told me he loves the nature. Finally I've found another friend who has some interest same with me. And he used to be a composer, but now he's in the R&D techno field. Maybe we'll be going to the National Park next time he comes to Penang.

I want to lie down on a paradise beach, look up upon the sky, and say: What a beautiful moment it is right now.

A visit to the old folks home

We can never escape the fact that we grow old and die.

One of my HE Interact Club's annual activity is participating in our school's visit to the Old Folks Home. Every year we are assigned to push the wheelchair or lead the elderly by hand to the main hall, so that they can catch the show perform by fellow students from different clubs and societies. Some interactors held the responsible for dealing with the mikes and sound system in the hall.

Btw, this year's visit was a special one. And that is because I also performed in one of the show, which is the wushu martial art. It all started when I went to see Pn. Leong and told her I did not want to go for the school house practice as I already have outta-school act, which is Shao Lin MA. So she requested me to perform in the Old Folk Home visit, I consented.

So, I did perform just now. And everything goes on quite fine, except that I'm short of a bit warm up. I was glad to receive a few pat on my back for doing a good job. The bad news, I'll probably be performing in my school's annual entertainment concert too...

A quiet CNY, school reopens

Last week, I celebrated CNY with my family. First, it was a quiet reunion dinner, then luckily Kristin jie jie came back from Singapore on CNY day, then things turn better after that. This year's red packet seemed to go down hill too, lolx. On 2nd day, we went to my uncle's annual house warming party, which is located at Balik Pulau, and had a palatable curry rice there. In a nutshell, we just had lots of delicious food during the week. And ohya, we also went to Kek Lok Si, which is so beautiful this year, with all its lighting on at night. Sadly, we did not make it to the front of the Guan Yin statue as there was a long queue waiting for the cable car.

Yesterday was the first day of school :( ,after the CNY holiday. Life turns hectic again, rushing here and there every second. How I wish I could stay away from life, from everything for a period of time, go to a tranquil place just doing something else more meaningful than just studying and being busy with school cocurriculum stuff. Sometimes, I just can't stop envying those friends who are studying in private schools or international schools, its more to like "students have rights" more to "school system comes first".

Anyway, I gotta embrace life, accept what it comes and sometimes just let go, just like how my body takes every breath in and out without any hesitations or complains.


Every night, Kristin jiejie taught me some yoga postures- especially the yin yoga. She even gave me two books this time, one is the Yin Yoga, and another is the The Four Agreements. It's actually fun doing yoga and I've decided to go for a yoga class soon hahax( If the price is reasonable :)

Hugh...gotta go back to doing homework now, will upload some photoes soon..

Green and Blue

A nature lover, I have a predilection for mountains and beaches. I feel so blessed and thankful to my previous karma to be born in Penang- such a wonderful island. We have beautiful mountains and white bright beaches stretching along the whole island.

Well, you know, I'm a very enthusiastic guy who loves exploring and outings...I plan of making a nature outing with my friends. ( which usually never work out). I hope we could hike from the Teluk Bahang National Park to the Pantai Kerachut which is at the other side of Penang Island, where sea turtles come to lay eggs, where Asia's meromitic lake is located, where nature is so conducive for a repose and recreation, where we can play water, picnic..........
Unfortunately friends are usually "no no" when it comes to working out, climbing hills and stuff like that. Everyne prefers GSC, Redbox, and Shopping. Some will say "WTHECK, its so far away"...... So, if any of you would like to join me for a nature outing, feel free to tell me..I'll certainly come to you when planning a trip like this and ..... this means we belong to the same type lolx ( 物以类聚， 人一群分）。。

New costume :(

Great, its morning of CNY now, and I'm online!!! lol. And the bad news is that I did not even buy any new costume this year. Last year, I wore a Chinese Tang Costume 唐装。This year...probably just wearing back an old t-shirt, ...enough.

I can't actually believe its Chinese new Year day today...Not in a good mood to celebrate this year CNY. Less family members, no fire-crackers, no mood, no ..., no nothing. lolx

And there's something that i've noticed happening in my mind, I dreamt of someone for the 2nd day!! Could that mean anything? Dreams sometimes tells us what our mind craves towards. Just can't get the face off my mind in the morning after i woke up...needa do some mindfulness training...or else, I'm afraid it'll distract me during my practice...
